The most beautiful movie I have ever seen, it centres on the reclusive 17th-century composer Sainte-Colombe, his two daughters, and his pupil, Marin Marais. In the clip above, Sainte-Colombe experiences a visitation from his dead wife. Words cannot do this film justice.
